About The Coach

Rick

Rick Kaselj, MS, BSc, is the Founder and CEO of Joint Vitality Coach. With over 20 years of experience, Rick’s journey into injury recovery began after a high school ankle injury, which led him to explore how movement aids healing.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Master’s in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. A member of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance and the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists, Rick has helped many recover from injuries through effective exercise methods. He also trains other professionals and continues to develop programs and content to aid global recovery, transforming countless lives with his commitment to pain-free living.
